Fuller Lofts

Visit the Fuller Lofts website for more details about this innovative new community

Fuller Lofts is the redevelopment and expansion of the 1920's era W.P. Fuller Building. The 131,000 square foot cast-in-place concrete industrial building will be turned into 104 for sale live/work and loft housing units. The project will also include a new parking garage, commercial workspaces, and other on-site amenities for the residents. This exciting new mixed-income community is located four blocks from the Lincoln Heights/Cypress Park Metro Gold Line light rail station.

Pugh + Scarpa, an award winning architectural firm based in Santa Monica, California is the project architect. Plans call for the center of the building to be cored to allow for light and air to penetrate into the building. The upper floor and penthouse units will offer mountain and city views, and the basement of the building will offer creative workshop spaces. The individual units will have loft-style floor plans ranging from 650 to 2,650 sq. ft. with high ceiling and full-amenity kitchens. The building will be built to the latest structural and building standards to ensure a comfortable living environment.

Completion of construction is anticipated to occur in fall 2007.
