Enterprise Home Ownership, Inc. Sponsors Small Lot Subdivision Design CompetitionEnterprise Home Ownership Inc., an affiliate of Enterprise Foundation, is sponsoring the Small Lots, Smart Designs competition to develop templates for small lots in the City of Los Angeles. In December 2004 the City of Los Angeles adopted a town home, or small lot, ordinance which allows detached homes, town homes, and row houses to be built on small lots with the homeowner owning both land and structure fee simple. Small Lots, Smart Designs promotes the small lot ordinance which can provide the great asset of innovative infill development for the City of Los Angeles. Registration is due February 1, 2006 and submissions are due February 28, 2006. Click here for more information about the competition. |
